Since the late 1980s, Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. has been designing the gateways to the skies. Throughout North America, Central America and the Caribbean, B&A's Aviation Division continues to design all types of aviation facilities. Most notably the firm is recognized for its design of terminals and concourses. B&A's Aviation Division continues to expand and grow exponentially as the demand for technical expertise in aviation design increases.


Projects


Freeport International Airport Passenger Terminal Master Plan
Bermello Ajamil & Partners collaborated on master plans for the passenger terminal at Freeport International in Grand Bahamas. Overall, eight schemes were developed and evaluated within a 30-day fast-track time frame.


Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood Int’l Airport Las Olas Blvd/Hollywood Boulevards
Las Olas Boulevard and Hollywood Boulevard, the signature streets of Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Florida were the inspiration for the redevelopment of Terminal 3 at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.


Miami International Airport American Airlines Hangar No. 3095
Bermello Ajamil & Partners’ collaboration on renovations to the American Airlines Hangar No. 3095 allows it to simultaneously accommodate three jumbo jet airplanes. The renovations included the first two floors of an 11-story office building within the facility.


Miami International Airport Concourse A, Phase II
Phase II of Concourse A at Miami International Airport is a 10-gate concourse extension that interconnects at four levels. The four level structure was designed to include a ground level support area for 10 wide-body aircraft, second level for domestic passengers and third level for international passengers.


American Airlines Admirals Club
B&A’s plan for the Mexico City Admirals Club main lounge includes a media center, library bar, lounge and two business areas.
