This project promotes George Merrick's vision for Downtown Coral Gables. Merrick's vision was to create a walkable downtown that is one of the most important aspects of the public realm.


Greater Miami YWCA Headquarters
The Greater Miami YWCA Headquarters and Daycare Center, a 30,000 SF $1.6 million project located in Downtown Miami serves as the regional headquarters for the YWCA in Florida.


Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX) Headquarters Facility
This 14,000 square foot building was designed to house a state-of-the-art traffic center, a boardroom and general office space. Bermello Ajamil & Partners modified the existing one-story building to create a gateway into the new space.


NAP of the Americas
The NAP of the Americas®, located on the second floor of the Technology Center of the Americas (TECOTA), is a premier facility providing interconnection between Global Carriers, ISP’s and others, as well as connecting fiber networks in Latin America to the US and beyond.


610 Clematis
The building's exterior was designed in an Italian Renaissance style with opulence articulated in piers, moldings and a variety of balcony types. Its large, volumetric massing is anchored to a gently sloping topography utilizing towers and wall facades broken down in scale by the introduction of pavilions.
