North Corridor Alternative Analysis & Station Area Design
Bermello Ajamil & Partners provided planning, engineering and architectural services for the North Corridor Alternatives Analysis. The team evaluated public transportation alternatives (heavy & light rail, busway) in a north-south corridor in Dade County.

S.R. 973 (Galloway Road) / SW 87 Avenue from South of SW 40th to South of Grand Canal Drive
Bermello Ajamil & Partners prepared contract plans for the milling and resurfacing of SW 8th Avenue, a 4-lane divided arterial. Pavement was resurfaced, left turn lanes were lengthened at the medians, drainage was improved at the intersections, and pedestrian ramps were modified as per ADA.

Washington Park Roadway Reconstruction
Acting as the Prime Consultant, Bermello Ajamil & Partners' Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture Groups handled design, permitting, project management and bidding assistance to the City of North Miami Beach for this 2-mile roadway reconstruction project.

Sunset Drive
Bermello Ajamil & Partners was commissioned to develop a plan for beautifying a 1,200-foot stretch of Sunset Drive from US-1 into the center of the City of South Miami. The project borders a major retail mall redevelopment project.
